Someone rightly said, “Abs are made in the kitchen,” but they become visible with the right kind of exercise. If you try to cut 600 calories a day, you can cut 300 or more through eating right and 300 through exercise and muscle building. Exercise also helps boost your metabolism, build muscle, and tone the whole body, which wouldn’t happen with diet alone.
