Bryan Cranston is lucky after recovering from his battle with COVID-19, but the effects are still ongoing.
The 64-year-old Breaking Bad alum made an appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres Show on Thursday, December 3rd, where he revealed it despite himself and his wife Robin Dearden After contracting the coronavirus in March, he still cannot experience the taste or smells as properly as he used to.
Bryan started the conversation with his signature, saying that he and his wife got the coronavirus early because they “didn’t want to miss it”. He also quipped, “It was a surprise to us because we heard it was coming over and then suddenly she got it first. She gave it to me because we share it.”
The tone of the interview turned more serious when the former malcom in the middle star began describing his symptoms.
“We had a few days of pain, but not enough to keep you in bed,” explained Bryan, who promotes his role in the new Showtime drama Your Honor. “I was 99 for about three hours and then just exhaustion for a week.”
