Beyoncé turns around in 2020. In a fun and unexpected current election, Beyoncé gifted the women in her family with a stunning diamond necklace that reads “2020” in the shape of a hand with the middle finger. The star’s cousin, Angie Beyince, shared a photo of the necklace on Instagram with a heartfelt message about the Christmas present. “@beyonce gifted this amazing custom 2020 necklace to all of her girls. ‘🖕2020’,” she wrote. “When I opened it my eyes watered because it is both funny and deeply sentimental. 2020 has had its ups and downs, but overall it has been a really weird and tough year. Hopefully 2021 is good for the world 🌎 🙏.”
Tina Knowles also posted a photo of her wearing the newly gifted necklace so fans can see how stunning and subtle the message is. It’s the perfect way to forsake the struggles of 2020, and we wouldn’t expect anything less from Queen Bey herself.
Beyoncé’s generosity extends well beyond her family members when she announced yesterday that her BeyGood Foundation will be raising $ 5,000 for those facing evictions or foreclosures due to the federal eviction moratorium ending Jan. 31. The BeyGood Impact Fund was set up in July to provide grants to hundreds of black-owned small businesses struggling during the pandemic.
