MTO News learned that a 32-year-old video blogger was arrested and charged with killing a police officer in New York. Police say Jessica Beauvais, 32, drove drunk and killed the officer in a terrible car accident.
But details of Jessica’s political views are causing national outrage, MTO News uncovered.
Hours before the cop was killed, Jessica streamed a video of herself on Facebook Live telling her to fuck the police while drinking alcohol. In the same video, Jessica bragged about “taking a knife anywhere” and revealed that she doesn’t like cops.
In the video – seen on MTO News – Jessica also spoke about the trial of white ex-cop Derek Chauvin who murdered George Floyd. In the video, she slammed cops and the justice system and played the NWA song ‘F ** k Tha Police’. Jessica also said that “potential death” is only “part of the job” for cops.
Here is a video from their show:
The policeman killed was Officer Anastasios Tsakos. The spill officer steered traffic away from a previous fatal crash on the Long Island Expressway in Queens, NYPD officials said Tuesday.
The police say that in 2013, shortly before 2 a.m., they crashed the Volkswagen Passat into Officer Tsakos – and killed him.
Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz said in a written statement that Jessica drove away for multiple exits after the crash. Prosecutors then said their car jumped over the curb when officers rearranged the vehicle.
But Jessica tried to escape twice by turning her car into a police vehicle, the statement said. After her car stopped, she was arrested. Police say her blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit.
Ms. Beauvais is currently charged with vehicle manslaughter. She drives with a driver’s license, leaves the scene of the accident and drives under the influence of alcohol.
Here’s what the NY Daily News claims she replied after she was arrested:
When the excited suspect was finally arrested, she scolded and verbally abused the police who took her into custody for vehicle manslaughter, DWI and driving with a driver’s license in the tragic death of Tsakos, police said.
“F – you,” a source quoted her as saying, telling the arresting officers. “I don’t have to listen to you.”
