How many of us have heard this quote from Rudyard Kipling: “God couldn’t be everywhere and that’s why He made mothers?” We have heard this quote more than once and immediately felt a little guilty for not treating our mothers to the best of our ability.

That doesn’t mean we’re particularly cruel to our mothers. It’s just that sometimes we’re not on the same page.
We live under the impression that we know everything, and since the world has changed so much, our mothers are very naive about not letting us do certain things. But is that ever the case in reality? Maybe it’s the change that made our mothers so wise? Have we ever thought about it?
Besides that, how many of us have spent endless birthdays getting everything right? Enjoyed trips to the local parks on Children’s Day? Had delicious meals been waiting for us when we pronounced the words – my friends are coming home?
We don’t even want to start with how conveniently everything is done in our life. From delicious 3 meals a day to snacks in between, the laundry, the neatly tidy room, the always full fridge with water bottles. These things don’t do themselves you know

Such things need constant attention and this is given to them by our mothers. Mothers work with the same intensity every day, devoting their entire lives to upbringing. So that we are better people, so that we are the best versions of ourselves. Meanwhile, moms don’t even suffer from burnout and are expected to maintain pristine health so they can take care of us!
When do you get your fees? Why not do something for her on Mother’s Day? Why don’t you spoil them lazily? Why not exchange their lives for just a day? Be in their shoes and see how hard it is to get work done!
If it had been Valentine’s Day, all social media networks would be full of posts about love and how great it is to be in love! We are already in the second week of May. Sunday is a couple of days away as there aren’t many social media posts on Mother’s Day. #Sigh
On this Mother’s Day, the FashionLady team opted for everyday life when it comes to Mother’s Day. We decided to spread as much love and awareness as possible. Since we are based out of Hyderabad, we will reach out to people in shopping malls and do our best to recognize the hard work.
We split into three teams and we target shopping malls and places where we can find the most mothers along with their children.
As we call it, #SuperMomsDay, our day starts at 12 noon. We plan to be with Inorbit Mall, Hitech City together with Shopper’s stop and Kodak Photo Express and help spread love and happiness. If you love us, come and meet us! You can spot us easily (we’ll be the ones with silly grins and love on our faces).
