Roommate Kim Cakery has dominated the headlines for her relentless pursuit of a Tristan Thompson paternity test. She even went so far as to allegedly forge Instagram direct messages from Khloe Kardashian. After a source close to the reality star presented receipts, Kim went to her Instagram account to deny her claims that Khloe beat her up. Along with her admission, Kim also said that she would continue to “troll” the situation. Well, now it seems like Khloe isn’t ready to put up with the trolling. According to TMZ reports, Khloe’s attorney Lynda Goldman sent Kim Cakery a cease and desist on Tuesday.
According to TMZ, the letter highlights Kim, whose real name is Kimberly Alexander, who is faking the direct messages and testing facility.
“They put words in her mouth that she never said and would not say,” the court documents read. “You faked the whole thing. And now you have publicly admitted it. “
If you don’t already know, Tristan has allegedly already taken two paternity tests at Kim’s request. The test results reportedly confirmed that Tristan is not her son’s father. However, Kim has insisted that the website used for the test is an “Affiliate of Kardashian.” Therefore, she requests additional tests at a facility of her choice. Still, the cease and desist letter states that Kim both approved the facility originally used and accepted the results of the test.
“There is no such thing,” says the document. “It’s one of the most respected laboratories in the country and your own lawyers approved it and accepted the test results.”
In addition, the legal document threatens legal action if Kim does not “stop defaming or harassing”. [Khloe] on social media and elsewhere.
