- 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
- 1/3 Cup Raisins
- 1/3 Cup chopped walnuts
- 3 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon cinammon
- 2/3 Cup Water per serving
1. Combine the oatmeal, raisins, walnuts, brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Pour 1/3 cup of oatmeal mixture into each of 8 small zippered storage bags and keep them airtight.
2. Empty 1 bag into a deep microwave bowl to cook. Stir in 2/3 cup of water. Microwave on the highest setting for 2 minutes. Stir again.
