Equipment: all workouts require dumbbells and some way to run/walk (treadmill or outside).

Ideally, you’d have access to dumbbells and barbells, but you’ll need, at minimum, a set of dumbbells for every fitness program, and ideally, a treadmill for #Treadlift

Yes, within all of the programs (EXCEPT #Treadlift, that program only includes images) the workouts include longer demo videos, where I am talking you through each movement, and what to look for and how things should feel. They are NOT full-length workouts where I do it with you, however. And that’s by design. I want you going at your own pace, resting as needed and honoring your body and unique process, not trying to keep up with a streamed workout.
Ideally you’d not do too much other exercise while doing these program for best results. You can leisure walk as much as you’d like, but if you are doing excessive cardio, for example, it WILL take away from your results. Which, so long as you know that, it’s fine. Throw in a yoga class or the occasional Zumba or boxing class, and treat’s fine. But if you are doing a ton, plus this on top of it, we need to be aware of overtraining/not giving the body sufficient recovery time to build and change. But of course, if you’re currently doing another program, you can grab any of the fitness programs while they’re available, and then start it after you’re done. You have lifetime access to all!
All programs except for #FastPhysique are beginner-friendly. However, I would start with #treadLIFT or #PhysiqueFinishers because they workouts are short and require lighter dumbbells than the others. Remember, you can always start with no weight and/or less training days per week. No issues!
